Meo Health & Educational Welfare Organization (MHEWO) Serving Humanity Through Health and Education Since 2017

Meo Health & Educational Welfare Organization (MHEWO) is a registered, non-political, and non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through accessible healthcare and education across Pakistan. Since our founding in 2017 by the visionary Dr. Zahid Meo, we have worked tirelessly to uplift underserved communities by bridging the gap in medical and educational resources.

At MHEWO, we believe that every individual—regardless of race, religion, caste, or background—deserves the right to live a healthy, informed life. With compassion, dignity, and inclusion at our core, we reach out to the most vulnerable populations, bringing essential services directly to them through mobile diagnostic health camps, school and college awareness initiatives, and specialized outreach for women, seniors, and children.

Our founder, Dr. Zahid Meo, is a globally experienced Medical Technologist and passionate humanitarian with over four decades of dedication to advancing health literacy and early diagnosis. His groundbreaking Health Awareness Program merges cutting-edge diagnostic technology with grassroots outreach to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health.

Through strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, and public bodies, MHEWO implements community-focused initiatives including:
  • Free diagnostic and wellness camps in urban and rural slum areas
  • Preventive health screenings in schools and for senior citizens
  • Awareness programs on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive care
  • Subsidized medical testing supported by the Meo Hayat Foundation

We envision a healthier, more educated Pakistan—one where early detection, informed choices, and equitable access to care are the norm. By reducing health disparities and fostering a culture of wellness and awareness, we are not just treating illness—we are creating lasting change.

Join us in our mission to serve humanity. Together, we can make health and education a right—not a privilege—for every Pakistani.
